Russian Clients Visit Chinese Bulldozer Factory, Consult & Order Two SD60 Heavy-Duty Bulldozers

🏭 Recently, a delegation of Russian clients paid a special visit to our professional bulldozer manufacturing factory, focusing on consulting and inspecting our heavy-duty construction machinery. After in-depth communication on product performance, technical parameters and after-sales service, the clients formally placed an order for two SD60 heavy-duty bulldozers, laying a new foundation for deepening cooperation in the Russian mining and construction machinery market.

The SD46 adopts a PPC pilot proportional valve-controlled working device and a K-suspension floating walking system, equipped with a global intelligent service system, as well as rollover and falling object protection devices, featuring advanced structure, strong working condition adaptability and high working efficiency.

🚜 The SD46 Standard Bulldozer has a working weight of 54000KG and a blade capacity of 16m³, powered by a Cummins KTA19-C525 turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 340kw/2000rpm. The integrated design of the cylinder block and cylinder head effectively avoids water and oil leakage, and the number of parts is 25% less than similar products, greatly reducing failure rates and maintenance costs.

🔧 In terms of transmission and hydraulic systems, the SD46 is equipped with a high-reliability power shift gearbox and a planetary structure final drive, which can automatically adjust torque according to external load changes, with excellent fuel economy. The hydraulic system adopts new structure oil cylinders, and key seals and hydraulic hoses are imported products, ensuring longer service life and higher reliability. The external working valve also makes maintenance more convenient.
