SH520 excavator adopts Linde hydraulic system, which is not only an external upgrade, but also an internal function upgrade of the machine. Due to the customized load sensing system, the fuel consumption per hour is further reduced, and the work efficiency and fuel efficiency are greatly improved. In the corresponding application, three working modes can be optimized and matched, thus saving energy and improving work efficiency.

1.High stress area → Use of high tensile strength steel plate
2.Shaft seat area: Use of forged parts
3.Middle section: Welding of large cross-section spacer plate
The "Central Load-bearing Structure" reduces stress by distributing the force directly to the chassis through the upper structure. Improves durability and extends machine life.
Reinforced design of the beam structure, where stress is concentrated, increases the strength of the cross-section by more than 35% compared to conventional models. It is more adaptable to severe working conditions and large loads.
The wear-prone parts of the bucket (front, sides and bottom) are reinforced with super wear-resistant welded plates. The average service life of the bucket is more than 20% longer than that of the traditional model.
