📌 The SH240-8 is a high-performance 23.2 ton crawler excavator designed for heavy construction, earthmoving, quarrying, road engineering and municipal projects. Equipped with Cummins 6BTAA5.9 turbocharged engine, high-efficiency hydraulic system and reinforced undercarriage structure, it delivers strong digging force, stable output, excellent travel performance and wide working range, meeting long-term high-intensity operation in various complex working conditions.

🔋 Cummins High Power Engine Configuration

Powered by original Cummins 6BTAA5.9 inline turbocharged engine with 6-cylinder design, 6.7L displacement, 133kW rated power at 2000rpm and 708N·m maximum torque. Adopting high-pressure common rail technology, the engine features sufficient power reserve, low fuel consumption, strong torque output and excellent adaptability to high-load and harsh working environments.

💪 Super Strong Digging & Breaking Performance

The SH240-8 comes with a 1.2m³ standard bucket, matched with 146kN bucket digging force and 107kN arm digging force. The reinforced working arm structure and reasonable force design greatly improve excavation efficiency and loading capacity, easily coping with hard soil, rock digging and heavy material handling tasks.

Equipped with variable plunger main pump, the maximum working flow reaches 2×224L/min. Reasonable matching of travel circuit pressure 34.3MPa, swing pressure 25.5MPa and control pressure 3.9MPa realizes sensitive operation, smooth compound action, energy saving and high efficiency, reducing overall operating costs.

Adopting variable plunger travel motor, with two-speed travel speed of 3.1km/h and 5.1km/h. The maximum traction force is 214kN and the climbing capacity reaches 35°(70%). It maintains stable driving performance on muddy roads, slopes and rugged construction sites, with strong site passability.

🛞 Reinforced Durable Undercarriage

Full heavy-duty crawler configuration: 4460mm track length, 2800mm overall track width, 600mm thickened track shoe. Equipped with 9 track rollers and 2 carrier rollers on each side, wear-resistant and impact-resistant design extends service life. The ground pressure is controlled at 49.8kPa, effectively preventing sinking on soft ground.

📏 Ultra-Wide Working Range & Flexible Operation

Complete working dimension advantages: max digging height 10095mm, max dumping height 7190mm, max digging depth 6490mm and max horizontal digging reach 9860mm. Compact minimum swing radius ensures flexible operation in narrow spaces, adapting to diversified construction scenarios.

Configured with swash plate plunger swing motor, the swing speed is 12.4r/min with stable and uniform rotation. Adopting hydraulic braking device, it realizes stable parking and anti-slip protection during slope operation, improving overall driving safety and construction stability.
